Goat yogurt with Port, strawberries and mixed citrus marmelade

Prepared with mixed citrus jam

350 g of fresh strawberries
Port wine at will
160 ml of goat yogurt
to taste bitter cocoa powder
Mixed citrus jam


15 minutes


Blanch the strawberries with the Port wine and once ready pour them into a cup.

Proceed slowly by pouring the goat yogurt and following a spoonful of mixed citrus jam.

Complete with bitter cocoa powder as desired
