Prepare a dough to make a classic shortcrust pie. It is recommended to be quick and to use cold hands.
Once the dough is ready, put it quickly in a small mold previously buttered lightly and make holes with a fork.
Place the Tarocco orange marmalade with cinnamon and complete the tart with some shortcrust pastry topping it.
Bake in a static oven at 170 ° C for about 35 minutes.
